Our Mission:
The mission of City of Light Worship Center is to be a city that is set on a hill whose light for Jesus shines bright and cannot be hid. Our doors are open wide to all people from all backgrounds, regardless of where you are or where you come from. Our goal is to infuse God's love into marriages, families, and individuals. Our passion is to provide a place of worship where people can have a life-changing experience with God.
Grace of God
The word "grace" means "favor."
We believe God's grace is ever reaching to any and all who are willing to receive it.
"For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ." (John 1:17)
A Christian, to keep saved, must walk with God, and keep himself in the love of God (Jude 21), and in the grace of God.
When a person transgresses and sins against God, he loses favor. If he continues to sin and does not repent, he will eventually be lost and cast into the lake of fire. (See John 15:1, 6; 2 Peter 2:20-22)
Jude speaks of the backsliders of his day and their reward. (See Hebrews 6:4-6)
"For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:" (Ephesians 2:8)
"For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world." (Titus 2:11-12)

The beautiful thing about City of Light's story is that God's grace and love are so deeply woven into the fibers of who we are that any success or prosperity we've experienced is a direct result of God.
We believe that all things exist and are being worked according to God’s purpose and plan (Ephesians 1:11), which is the demonstration of His own glory.
God creates, calls, rescues, redeems, saves, restores, restrains and grants all to the end that He might be glorified.
